Dream Attack with a Gun

I was attacked by a man with a Gun..8-2-2025

I was outside, it was dark, and a man pulled a gun on me and was pointing it at me. 

I began wrestling with him, trying the get the gun away from him.

I was able to get the gun away and toss it into some high grassy area.

I finally waid “Get away from me in Jesus name”. I said “Get away from me in Jesus name”.  As I said it the second time, I woke up.

What does it mean when you are attacked by someone with a gun?

Some interpretation take aways:

First, it was outside and dark.  Most dreams that are set in a dark, dreary, scenery or ambience, this usually points to an enemy dream 

Remember, in the scripture, the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy.

[Jhn 10:10 NIV] 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Obviously, this dream was from the enemy.  

Often I find that the enemy attacks at points of weakness in my life.   Satan has many tactics, but you will find that attacks come before or after promotions.

In my situation, I experienced a family emergency during the week of this dream.  Because of this, he is also trying to attack me.

At the end of the dream, I was able to get the gun away from the enemy, as wall as speak against him in Jesus name.

Ask God to give you wisdom and authority in your dreams to speaks to the enemy.  He will do that.

Use of small firearms, can also be a sign of spiritual warfare.  A small handgun would be used for close defense and protection.
