He Speaks Media is an online community consists of all those people that use the online resources of He Speaks Media (the “Site”) to exchange information, content and ideas. The community will thrive based on mutual respect and consideration. Your use of Site and its resources is subject to these Guidelines. We can change these Guidelines at any time by posting the changed version on the Site.

Here are rules that apply to the Site and its resources for the purpose of making our community better:

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you and HE SPEAKS MEDIA may litigate in court to compel arbitration, stay proceeding pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ABSENT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.]
